Edge AI Advisory

You ran the AI pilot. Nothing changed. Let's fix that.

Edge AI Advisory identifies the systems worth building, implements them, and measures what changed — for operators who are done with decks.

The $5,900 audit fee is credited toward implementation if you move forward.

Why most AI projects stall

"We ran a pilot. It worked fine in the demo. Then nothing changed in how we actually work."

This is the pilot-to-nowhere pattern. You spend weeks or months with a vendor or freelancer. The proof-of-concept is fine. But the system never touches your real workflows, no one adopts it, and you can't point to a dollar saved or an hour freed.

Enterprise consultants hand you a 60-slide strategy deck and leave. Freelancers build without understanding your operations. Neither is accountable for what happens after the handoff.

A practice built for operators, not for optics

Edge AI Advisory is a hands-on implementation practice. We start by identifying which AI systems are actually worth building for your specific operation — not which tools are trending.

Then we build them. Then we drive adoption. Then we measure what changed. We stay accountable to outcomes, not deliverables.

We identify — Which systems will actually move your metrics — not which ones demo well.
We implement — Real systems integrated into your real workflows, not sandboxed prototypes.
We measure — Concrete before/after: hours saved, errors eliminated, revenue impacted.

How we work

Three phases. One accountable practice.

No black-box methodology. Each phase has a clear deliverable and a clear exit — you know exactly where you are.

01

Edge Audit

Starting at $5,900 · 2 weeks

Phase one

We spend two weeks in your operation — interviews, workflow observation, toolstack audit. The output is a ranked list of AI opportunities with concrete ROI estimates, a build vs. buy recommendation for each, and a prioritized 90-day roadmap.

Workflow + toolstack analysis
Ranked AI opportunity list
90-day implementation roadmap
02

Implementation

Custom scoped · 6–12 weeks

Phase two

We build the highest-value systems from the audit roadmap — custom AI agents, workflow automations, agentic pipelines — and integrate them directly into your existing stack. We handle change management and train your team, because a system nobody uses is a system that failed.

Ongoing Measurement

Monthly retainer · Optional

Phase three

After implementation, we track outcomes against the baseline captured in the audit. Monthly reporting on what changed — hours recovered, error rates, throughput. If a system underperforms, we fix it. We stay accountable to results, not retainers.

What operators say

Results, not testimonials

These are real engagements. We've changed names where clients requested it.

"

We'd tried two automation tools and a freelance developer over eighteen months. Nothing stuck. Edge AI Advisory spent two weeks with us, built a client intake and project-briefing system in another four, and within three months we'd recovered about eight hours a week across the team. That's a real number. They showed us the before and after.

"

I was skeptical. I'd been pitched on AI three times and nothing delivered. The Edge Audit was the first engagement where I felt like someone actually understood my operation before proposing anything. The audit alone reordered our priorities — we stopped chasing the wrong automation. Implementation came later and it ran clean.

We run a Web3 advisory firm and our workflows are genuinely complicated. They didn't pretend otherwise. The agentic pipeline they built for our due diligence process cut our analyst hours on initial reviews by 60%. Our team was actually using it within two weeks — that's never happened before with a new tool.

Common questions

What operators usually ask

Do we need to have tried AI before to work with you?

No — but it helps if you have a genuine operational challenge you're trying to solve. We work equally well with teams that have never touched AI and teams that have been burned by a failed pilot. The audit surfaces what matters regardless.

What size of company is the right fit?

We work with companies between 5 and 50 employees. Smaller than that and there usually isn't enough workflow complexity to justify the investment. Larger than that and enterprise tools and in-house teams make more sense.

How is this different from hiring a freelance AI developer?

A freelancer builds what you specify. We identify what's worth specifying — and then build it. We're also accountable to measurable outcomes after the build, which freelancers generally aren't. The audit-first model means we're never guessing at what to build.

What industries do you work in?

We specialize in professional services firms, operations-heavy businesses, Web3 and crypto companies, and creator-led B2B businesses. The common thread is that these are knowledge-work operations with high-volume, repeatable workflows — exactly where AI moves the needle.

What happens if the audit doesn't surface anything worth building?

That would be very unusual — most operations we've worked with have clear, high-value AI opportunities. But if the audit genuinely shows no compelling ROI case, we'll tell you that plainly. You'll still have a detailed picture of your operation and a prioritized opportunity list — that has value regardless of whether you proceed.

Can we just get the audit without doing implementation?

Yes. The audit is a standalone engagement. Many clients use the roadmap to run their own implementation or bring in-house talent. If you do proceed with us, the audit fee is credited toward implementation.

Done with pilots that go nowhere?

The Edge Audit is two weeks. At the end, you have a ranked list of AI systems worth building and a concrete 90-day roadmap — or we tell you nothing is worth building and you've lost two weeks of access fees, not eighteen months of misallocated engineering time.

Outcomes measured. No strategy-and-disappear.
